Savasana (The Corpse Pose):
This is very simple and more effective pose. Just lie down on your bed, without pillows,
spread out your legs and hands, close your eyes and concentrate on your
breathing. Leave your worries and stress.

Makarasana (Crocodile Pose):
This is also very simple and effective pose, it
will help to relax your body. Ease your
back aches and muscular spasms with this pose and slid into sleep gently.

Baddha Konasana ( Butterfly Pose):
It helps
in stretching your knees, groins, inner thighs, and even hips. Lie down in
supine position on your bed and join your feet, while pushing your knees
outward to resemble a diamond. You can place pillows or cushions beneath your
knees for extra relaxation. Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing
pattern, and you can see how your body relaxes for deep sleep.

Uttanasana ( Standing Forward Bend Pose):
Stand straight with your legs close to one another touching your
knees, heels, feet and toes. Inhale deeply. Now while
exhaling, lift up your hands and bend forward, until your fingers and then your
hands touch the floor. If possible, you can also bring your hands
behind your heels. Hold on this position with some normal
breathing. When you want to come out of this pose, inhale in
deeply and stand back straight.
For beginners, if you are not able to touch the ground with your
hands, then fold your hands and hold your right elbow with left hand and left
elbow with right hand. It helps to proper blood circulation in
your scalp leading to proper hair growth. This yoga reduces the stress, hair
loss and tensions.
5. Balasana ( Child Pose):
Relax your back, and recline your way to sleep. An
effective stress free yoga pose, it has the potential to soothe your mind and
body equally. Indulge in deep breathing. Allow your forehead to rest on a
cushion. Massaging your forehead gently, from left to right, it will offer
better relief from tension.
