  1. Start makes changes to your eating habits over time slowly. The changes are improving your diet.
  2. Eat with others is a healthy habit and emotional benefits. If you eat in front of TV and computer, it’s leads overeating.
  3. Take time to chew your food and enjoy mealtimes. Chew your food slowly and enjoy mealtimes.
  4. Drink 3 to 4 liters of water every day.
  5. Whenever you feel hungry, then only you are going to eat. Take meals 4 to 5 times per day. Eat breakfast and take small quantity of meals each time.
  6.  Try to eat dinner earlier in the day; it helps to manage your weight. After dinner, don’t eat snacks and high calories food.
