day’s so many people are suffering from Obesity, because of eating junk foods,
heavy meals, stress and no exercise. Everyone knows Health is Wealth. So we
have to reduce our heavy weight following some good habits, doing some
exercises and mainly changing our eating life style.

- If you are doing exercise and walking for 2 hours every day, you can reduce your weight and get healthy and active body.
- You have to drink minimum 8 glasses of water in a day. Water helps in reducing weight in effective manner.
